Refund Policy

At APTKARD, we want every customer to have a rewarding and satisfying experience while discovering, ordering and using our NFC Digital Business Cards, Digital Profiles, QR Code Solutions, and Website & Digital Marketing services. As with any online purchase, please review the following terms that govern our refund policy. By placing an order on aptkard.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and the policy points below.

Refund Policy
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Cancellation & Refunds: NFC Digital Business Cards

  • Once an order is placed and card personalization/printing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
  • No refund will be issued once the card has been dispatched.
  • Cards damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge; please report this within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damaged item.
  • Orders cancelled before production has started are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation & Refunds: Digital Profiles & Subscription Plans

  • Digital Profile and subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.
  • No refund will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
  • Subscription plans may be upgraded at any time; the difference will be adjusted against your next billing cycle.

Cancellation & Refunds: Website Development & Digital Marketing Services

  • An advance payment is required to begin any Website Development or Digital Marketing project; this advance is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Cancellations requested before work has commenced are eligible for a full refund of the advance paid.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by pending content, approvals, or inputs required from the client.

Order Cancellation by APTKARD

APTKARD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any order or project due to stock unavailability, technical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to choose an alternate product or service of equivalent value.
