Digital Profiles, login credentials, QR codes and any related emails are delivered to
customers within 1–2 working days of successful order confirmation.
No physical shipping is required for these items.
NFC Digital Business Cards
Physical NFC cards are personalized, printed and dispatched via courier once your order
and profile details are confirmed. Dispatch typically takes place within
3–5 working days, with delivery timelines varying by location.
A tracking link will be shared over email once your order ships.
Printed Certificates & Kits
Where printed certificates or learning kits are part of an order, dispatch will be
handled within a reasonable timeframe, and you will be notified via email once your
item is on its way.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your digital delivery has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please check your
spam folder before reaching out to us. For physical orders, if a shipment appears
delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your
order details so we can investigate with our courier partner.
